Defective Products
If you encounter any defect in your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, providing clear images of the damage. If the defect is validated and aligns with our Terms and Policy, we will gladly reproduce the same order.
Conditions for Reproduction
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Deviations from expected quality, as print results may vary.
- Differences from other manufactured parts, due to varying printing methods.
- Incorrectly placed orders, including specifications, size, colour, or texture.
- Sudden decisions to cancel.
Return Process
If a defect is proven, we will cover the shipping costs and provide a shipping label if required. Initiating a return without prior contact will result in non-acceptance of the returned items.
